1. ELIGIBILITY

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
Employees of Mastah Ltd, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entries that do not comply with these terms may be disqualified.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The promotion opens at 2:00 PM (GMT) on 24 November 2025 and closes at 11:00 PM (GMT) on 31 December 2025 (“the Promotional Period”).
Purchases or entries made outside this period will not qualify.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Every qualifying purchase made directly through dreamsake.co during the Promotional Period will receive one automatic entry into the prize draw.
Entries via third-party retailers or marketplaces are not valid.
A free entry route is available to ensure compliance with UK prize draw regulations. To enter without making a purchase, email your full name, postal address, and contact number to will@dreamsake.co with the subject line “DREAM TICKET Entry” within the Promotional Period. Only one free entry per person will be accepted. By entering via email, you agree to be added to our marketing email list.

4. THE PRIZE

One winner will receive the DREAM TICKET, consisting of:

Return flights for two people from London to Japan, with a total combined flight value of up to £1,500.
Flights will be booked on behalf of the winner by DREAMSAKE with an airline of DREAMSAKE’s choice. DREAMSAKE reserves the right to select flights under this value as part of the prize arrangement.
Each passenger will be entitled to one checked bag as part of the booking.
£100 experience credit to be used towards tickets to a sumo wrestling event in Japan or another experience, booked on the winner’s behalf by DREAMSAKE.
The flight booking must be made and redeemed before 24 November 2026.

No cash or alternative prize will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected at random by software from all eligible entries after the closing date.
The draw will take place on or shortly after 31 December 2025.
The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided.
If the winner does not respond within three (3) working days of the initial notification, a reserve winner will be selected and contacted.
DREAMSAKE’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. WINNER OBLIGATIONS AND PUBLICITY

As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to share a selection of photographs for promotional use by DREAMSAKE.
The winner must provide a total of ten (10) photos taken in Japan, all clearly featuring the winner and/or their travel companion enjoying the trip.
Three (3) of these photos must include the silver DREAM TICKET, captured before 10 January 2026.
DREAMSAKE may use the winner’s name, images, and submitted photos on its website, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other marketing materials.
By entering, participants agree to this publicity condition as a mandatory part of the promotion.

7. TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY

Mastah Ltd (DREAMSAKE) is not responsible for any aspect of travel arrangements beyond the flight booking and sumo/experience element described in Section 4.
DREAMSAKE is not responsible for obtaining visas, insurance, or any issues relating to travel safety, cancellations, delays, or other incidents.
The winner and their travel companion are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all entry and travel requirements for Japan, including valid passports and any required documentation.

8. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
By entering, participants consent to DREAMSAKE contacting them if they win and for reasonable post-promotion publicity.
Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.

9. GENERAL

DREAMSAKE reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion if circumstances arise outside of its control.
DREAMSAKE accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, corrupted, or incomplete due to network or system errors.
By entering this promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
