ABOUT DREAMSAKE:
DREAMSAKE is a modern Japanese Sake brand on a mission to make the world fall in love with Sake — just as it has with sushi, matcha, and all things Japan.
Launched in London in 2025, we’re growing fast with global ambitions. Now, we’re hiring our first Sales Manager to drive sales, brand awareness, build partnerships, and directly shape how people discover, experience, and enjoy Sake. This is a rare chance to join at the ground level and help build a globally iconic brand in an exploding category.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
This is a hands‑on, commercial role where you’ll build pipeline, win listings, and grow rate‑of‑sale across on‑trade and premium retail, working directly with the founders.
Own the plan for London & key regions: territory mapping, prospecting, and quarterly targets (distribution, ROS, revenue).
Win new business (outreach, tastings, menu proposals) and grow existing accounts (BTG rotations, pairings, cocktail listings).
Secure visibility: menu placements, staff recommendations, POS, features, and simple FOH incentives.
Train teams: deliver short, high‑impact briefings for sommeliers/bar teams; leave tech sheets and pairing prompts.
Activate the brand: assist with trade shows and partner sampling events alongside our marketing team and distribution partners.
Manage route‑to‑market: work directly with wholesalers/distributors, maximise opportunity and ensure availability.
Forecast & report: maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline stages, and weekly performance; feed demand/production planning.
Collaborate cross‑functionally: share market insight with marketing to refine pricing, packs, and promotions.
Champion DREAMSAKE on the floor—be a trusted partner to buyers, sommeliers, and bar managers.
WHO YOU ARE:

A natural hunter‑farmer: prospecting discipline + relationship management that grows ROS and retention.
Negotiator & presenter: comfortable with pricing, margins, proposals, and concise tastings/training.
Data‑literate: CRM, pipeline, and forecasting; comfortable with Excel/Sheets and regular reporting.
Category‑curious: sake knowledge is a plus (WSET Sake level helpful) but not required.
Start‑up mindset: high agency, organised, resilient; happy to work some evenings/events.
